Content operations for businesses that can’t publish generic AI.
Verand runs the content lifecycle for regulated and high-trust businesses — financial advisory, legal, medical, accounting, insurance, real estate. AI drafts. A deterministic validation engine checks. Compliance rules gate. A human approves before anything publishes.
Most AI writing tools optimise for volume. That is the wrong problem for a firm with a licence, a regulator, or a fiduciary duty. For those businesses the bottleneck is not generation — it is review. Verand is built to cut review time without cutting the review.
What it does
Drafts with the customer’s own authority
Each customer has a private knowledge base of their credentials, client outcomes, positions and trusted sources. That material is injected into every draft, so the article reflects the firm that publishes it rather than the average of the internet.
Validates deterministically, not by asking a model
Every draft runs through a suite of code-based validators — structure, sourcing, internal linking, schema, evidence coverage, experience signals. The checks are reproducible and produce the same verdict every run. Nothing is graded by an LLM’s opinion.
Gates on compliance
Industry and jurisdiction load a compliance pack — prohibited claims, required disclaimers, citation obligations. Claims in the hard tier block publication outright. Context-sensitive claims can be released only by a named operator, with a written justification recorded against the article.
Audits and monitors the whole site
A full-site crawl builds a page-level picture of technical health, content quality, evidence and authority signals, then tracks it over time: issues to fix, pages to improve, topics that are missing, and how competitors cover the same ground.
Publishes only on human approval
Finished drafts land in an approval queue, or open as a pull request against the customer’s repository. Verand does not publish to a live site on its own. That is a deliberate product decision, not a missing feature.
How Verand uses Google services
Verand connects to Google services on the customer’s own account, only after that customer grants access through Google’s consent screen, and only for the scopes listed below. Access can be withdrawn by the customer at any time.
| Google service | Access | What Verand does with it |
|---|---|---|
| Google Search Console | Read-only |
Reads the customer’s own search performance — queries, impressions, clicks, average position, per landing page — to show it in their dashboard and to identify pages and queries worth improving. |
| Google Analytics 4 | Read-only |
Reads the customer’s own traffic and engagement metrics and joins them to the search data above, so a page can be seen end to end from query through to engagement. |
| Google Business Profile | Manage, with human approval | Audits the customer’s own business listing, and — only on the customer’s explicit approval of each item — publishes posts, replies to genuine reviews, and answers questions. Verand does not automatically alter a listing’s name, address, phone number or categories. |
Verand does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Full detail, including retention and deletion, is in the privacy policy.
Access
Verand is in private beta and is onboarding a limited number of firms. To ask about access, email support@verand.ai.
