How Verand uses Google services
Verand connects to Google services on the customer’s own account, only after that customer grants access through Google’s consent screen, and only for the scopes listed below. Access can be withdrawn by the customer at any time.

Reads the customer’s own traffic and engagement metrics and joins them to the search data above, so a page can be seen end to end from query through to engagement. |
| Google Business Profile | Manage, with human approval | Audits the customer’s own business listing, and — only on the customer’s explicit approval of each item — publishes posts, replies to genuine reviews, and answers questions. Verand does not automatically alter a listing’s name, address, phone number or categories. |
Verand does not sell Google user data, does not use it for advertising, and does not use it to train generalised AI or machine-learning models. Full detail, including retention and deletion, is in the privacy policy.
