They name you. Then they describe you. Verand reads the description.

Verand labels and scores every AI answer that mentions your brand, then pulls out the attributes, strengths and weaknesses that keep coming back, and sets them beside the competitors you track.

Every mention

A label and a score,
on each answer that names you.

Each answer that mentions your brand is classified positive, neutral or negative and scored from minus 100 to plus 100. An answer that never names you gets neither, because absence is a visibility problem rather than a bad review. The headline figure is the average of the scored ones on a 0 to 100 scale, printed next to the count it came from.

Sentiment gives you the tone. Attributes give you the content: the recurring phrases the answers attach to your brand, up to fifteen of them, each sized by how many answers touched on it and coloured by whether it reads as a strength, a concern or a plain fact. Head to head

Beside the competitors
you already track.

Pick any competitor from your tracked list, up to ten of them. Verand reads the answers that name you and the answers that name them, and returns visibility, average position, sentiment and what each of you is known for. It still builds when you are at zero percent, because that absence is the finding.

How it works

Written after every scan, not behind a button.

Four steps over the trailing thirty days of answers. You start none of them.

01

The scan collects answers

Up to six assistants answer your prompts. Four run daily, two weekly.

52/100 · 356 mentions scored · 14% positive
02

Each mention is labelled

Only the answers that name you. The rest have no sentiment to read.

03

The window is synthesised

Thirty days of mentions become the perception, attributes and comparisons, cached.

Questions

What people ask about how this is judged.

What is scored, what is extracted, who it compares you against, and what it will not do.

Is sentiment a score or a label?

Both, on every answer that names you. Each one gets a label (positive, neutral or negative) and a score from minus 100 to plus 100. The number at the top of the card is the average of the scored answers rescaled to 0 to 100, shown next to how many answers it was averaged over and what share of them were positive.

What happens if no assistant mentions us?

Nothing is scored, and the card says so rather than showing a zero. Sentiment only exists where a brand is named, so an unmentioned brand has no sentiment to read. Head-to-Head is the exception: it still builds, from the answers that name the competitor, and that absence is what it reports.

Where do the attributes come from?

From the answer text, not from anything you typed. Verand reads a window around each brand mention across the last thirty days, merges near-duplicates, and returns up to fifteen attributes, each with the number of answers that touched on it, a positive, neutral or negative reading, and a reason drawn from those answers.

Which competitors does the head-to-head compare us against?

The ones on your tracked list in the Brand Hub, up to ten, so you are compared with who you say you compete with rather than whoever an answer happened to name. Brands the assistants name alongside you that are not on that list are discovered separately and shown on the Visibility tab.

Do I have to run anything?

No. All of it recomputes after each scan over the trailing thirty days and is cached, so the tab is already filled in when you open it. The only buttons are bootstrap ones, for a site whose first scan has not produced anything to read yet, or a competitor nobody has compared you with.

Can it invent a strength we do not have?

Every phrase is grounded in the answers, and a pass that fails writes nothing instead of guessing: the panel stays empty and the next scan retries. It reports how you are described, not whether the description is correct. That check is Brand Facts, the panel beside it.

Sentiment

Find out how you get described.

Connect a site and the first scan reads every assistant. The description comes back with the mention count it was drawn from.
