The sources you trust, the disclaimers you owe, on every draft.

Name the sources your site cites first and the disclaimers it requires. Verand hands both to the drafter, appends exactly one disclaimer block per article, and holds a draft that drops the required language.

Offering Notice

offering pages

This material relates to a securities offering conducted under SEC Regulation D Rule 506(c) and constitutes a general solicitation. The offering is available only to verified accredited investors, who must provide documentation verifying accredited-investor status before investing. This is not an offer to sell or a solicitation in any jurisdiction where it would be unlawful; any offer is made solely through the offering's definitive documents, including the private placement memorandum and subscription agreement, which should be read in full. Your sources first,
your blocked ones never.

Name the sources your site cites first; the drafter is told to reach for them before anything else. Blocked domains are handed over as never-cite. That list is a preference, not a gate: a citation that slips through dings the Accuracy meter rather than holding the article.

Your own disclaimers

Yours on top,
the pack's underneath.

Add a disclaimer of your own: a title, the wording, and the rule for when it applies. The drafter is handed it beside the pack's block as language no draft may contradict. The pack's own disclaimers sit above yours, auto-applied and gated; you can read every one and reword the ones the pack permits.

Prior offerings
Results from Willowdale Equity's prior offerings, including Mill Gardens, are specific to those deals and are not a projection for any future offering.

In the draft

One block, filled in,
placed before Sources.

After drafting, Verand appends the one disclaimer your primary pack requires, with your legal entity name filled in, directly before the Sources list. The model is told not to write its own, and any it writes anyway is stripped, so a reader never sees two versions and wonders which one binds.

Every citation graded
against the pack's floor.

The Citations card lists each in-text citation with the claim it backs and a Primary badge for government, .edu and regulator domains. The compliance group checks the count against the highest floor across your packs (five for a Reg D site) and flags any banned source domain, named with the pack that bans it.

Written into the Brand Hub, enforced in the draft.

Two lists and one block, and the last step is the one that holds.

Questions

What people ask before they trust the block.

Which disclaimer lands, what can be reworded, how many citations count, and what never gets cited.

Which disclaimer lands when packs stack?

Exactly one. Packs stack leaf-wins: the most specific pack you were assigned supplies the single block, and the parent packs' requirements are already folded into its prose. Willowdale Equity runs Base YMYL, US Real Estate Syndication and US Regulation D, so the Reg D block is the one appended. A brief marked as an offering page gets the Reg D Offering Notice instead.

Can I reword the pack's disclaimer?

When the pack permits it. Reword it in the Brand Hub and the required-language checklist shows the load-bearing phrases that must survive; the save refuses a wording that drops one. The same check runs on the finished article (V12), which fails if a phrase is missing or altered. Some blocks are verbatim only, such as the Reg D 506(c) Offering Notice.

How many citations does an article need?

The highest floor across your stacked packs. Base YMYL asks for three, US Regulation D for five, so a Reg D site needs five. Below the floor the Citation density check warns, naming the count and the floor; it does not block on its own. Citations are counted from the article's superscript markers and its Sources list.

What if a draft cites Wikipedia or Reddit?

The Source quality check (V16) flags any cited domain on your packs' banned list, which is the union across the stack, and names the pack responsible. Base YMYL bans Wikipedia, Reddit, Quora and Yahoo Answers; Regulation D adds forum and listing sites. Your own Blocked sources list is separate: the drafter is told never to cite them, and one that slips through dings Accuracy.

Do preferred sources change Sources backfill?

No. Backfill's Primary and Industry source tiers come from your compliance packs' own tier definitions, so a medical site is pointed at CDC and NIH and a real-estate site at SEC and IRS. Preferred sources steer the drafter. Backfill is metered at 30, 75, 200 and 600 articles a month by plan, and an unchanged article re-runs for free.

Does the model write its own disclaimer?

No. It is shown the block that will be appended and told not to write one, and any disclaimer-shaped paragraph it writes anyway is stripped before the real block goes in. The block is placed immediately before the Sources heading with your legal entity name filled in, so no placeholder survives to fail the injection-marker check.

Sources and disclaimers

Set once, carried on every draft.

Name three sources and read the block your pack requires. From then on every article cites what you trust and says what you owe.
